Hello, this is my first attempt on making a guide.
I build Wukong as a strong melee fighter with alot of Armor Penetration, so you are able to take down whoever gets in your way.
I'll go into all the stuff that I feel is important to know about building/playing Wukong.

Flash is the best summoner spell in the game, you can use it for picking up kills, tower dives, ganking, and getting away from ganks.
Exhaust is an incredible strong summoner spell, you can reduce an enemy champions damage and movement speed alot, and turn any 1v1 around in your favor.

(I've seen some people pick Ignite over Exhaust on melee/ranged AD carries, which I don't get at all as Ignite does 410 true damage at lvl 18, but Exhaust slows down the enemy which will let you hit 3-6 auto attacks when they try to run away from you, and that's more than 410 damage on any AD carry at lvl 18.)

Ghost is an alternative to Flash, but the movement speed from Trinity Force should make you fast enough. Ghost is good for mobility, chasing and escaping.
Ignite is another option, that some people prefer over Exhaust. I personally think Exhaust is much better as explained in the Summoner Spells chapter above.
Smite, well i hopefully don't have to tell you that its a Summoner Spell for junglers, and you shouldnt pick it, unless you decided jungle Wukong which is possiple but, he is a weak and a slow jungler.
Teleport is good if you know your going to lane against someone that will rape you. So you can recall for health and still get back before you lose your Turret.
No! Do not pick these... Unless! You are a troll.

I know alot of you are probably wondering why I pick Attack Speed Seals and Quints, its simple with this build you have so much Armor Penetration, that you don't really need the bonus from the runes. But the Attack Speed will help keeping up the Phage/Trinity Force slow proc. You can however use Armor Penetration Quints if u feel like it.

The Magic Resist Glyphs, will help you early game versus any AP champ, maybe even save you from one of the many nukes in League of Legends (Annie, LeBlanc, Veigar and so on....)

Wukongs early game, can be very painful.

Last hit every minion you can.
Harass with (E > Q > W run back) as much as possible.
WARNING if the enemy in your lane has a stun, taunt or knock up you have to be careful when harrasing, getting caught before you are able to cast W and run back can be painful or even fatal.

End game your ultimate, will shread the enemy team in pieces
Your Q will hit for 700-1000 damage (With Trinity Force proc that is)
