This is my guide to play with wukong the monkey king, i prefer to use att speed and dmg.
i played for like 20 matches with wukong and won 16 of them, all with a good score even the loses

the runes i have chosen are a very powerfull start.

Doran's blade: good start +100 health +10dmg +3% lifesteal
Boots of mobility: i tried boots of swiftness berserker graves and these and i liked these the most, if u do home u can go very fast back to the lane. and its good to go behind the enemy via jungle.
Phantom dancer: att speed + crit strike
bloodthirster: for the lifesteal and att dmg
another phantom dancer: for more att speed and crit strikes!
Infinity edge: att dmg att speed crit strike and ofcourse crit strike 200% -> 250%
Black cleaver:Sell doran's blade to buy this.even more att speed+ dmg and reduces enemy armor
or another bloodthirster: for more att dmg and lifesteal

i prefer the att speed, dmg and armor reduce of black cleaver.

start getting Q+W+E at level 1
than E to level 5: gives u most extra damage
than Q to level 5: more damage
at last W to level 5: because it doesnt realy gives a extra from level 1 to 5(only damage, but not much)

and ofcourse allways level up your ulti if u can.

i use heal and ignite
heal is very handy in early game because of the armour u have u dont realy have to go home that early.
ignite is just for people just getting away from u with 100hp :)

dont use Flash, u dont use it much because u have decoy to get away.

Start with your ulti in teamfights.
than u use decoy, because they want to attack u after u used your ulti.
if u did that u use your other skills to maybe end the enemy or to safe your teammates

Early-game: in early game u can hit pretty well and have a higher armor and magic resist than normally so just do your combo Q+E on the enemy champions over and over and do W after it if u do the combo close to 2 enemy champions and use your ignite if enemy is at low hp.

if enemy is very good, you just stay behind your minions. if u decide to attack them u have to us decoy right after it, to escape.

mid-game: if u see that enemy's stop attacking u if u use decoy and knowing that u are escaping every time u can do this:
if you run back from your enemy u just stand still for around 1.5seconds. than you use decoy and run to the side that is the safest.

Extra: dont do the same combo of ur ability's to much cus the enemy will eventually see the patern and than knows when u are going to use decoy so try to vary your combo's

i beleave that wukong is very fun to play you can play agressive u can jump in a fight and get away very easly. his ability's work very well together.
