History of Xin Zhao
Whenever Jarvan III, the king of Demacia, delivers one of his rallying speeches from the glinting marble balcony atop of Royal Palace, Xin Zhao is at hes side. Coined the Senechal of Demacia, Xin Zhao is the personal steward of the Lightshield Dynasty. His enigmatic, silent vigil has led to an abundance of conjecture concerning his "secret life" and origins. Wether it's "Zaun double-agent" tendered at the dinner table or "indebted rune mage" mused in the ditorials od the "Demacian Constant" Xin Zhao betrays no hints to safe the curiosity of the masses for a good reason.
Prior to the formation of the League, Noxus was renowned for a spectacle called The Fleshing. It was a gladiatorial even with a cruel twist: as a fighter won matches, his number of oppenents (generally prisoners of war) fought simultaneously would increase. This meant eventual death for every contender, but with unparalleled glory. Xin Zhao, known then as the Viscero, was slated to face 300 soldiers, nearly six times the previous record. This was clearly meant to be his final match. Jarvan II, hearing of this unprecendented feat, infiltrated the arena to offer him an alternative: server Demacia and punish those who ultimately sentence him to death in exchange for his freedom. Xin Zhao accepted, astonished that the king would risk his own life on his begalf. Under the cover of a prearranged Demacian assault on Noxus, Jarvan liberated Xin Zhao and his 300 oppenents. During their retreat, Xin Zhao took a poisoned dart meant for Jarvan. This act of loyalty, from a man who vowed no allegiance, earned Xin Zhao a spot at his side until the day the king died. Now in the service of his son, Jarvan III, Xin Zhao is stepping into a new ring - the fields of justice - to fight for his adopted country and to honor the legacy of the man who gave purpose to his life.

How should i play him ?!?
You should try to kill enemy champs early in game.
So at end you are feeded and you are OP.
You dont have to jungle.
At least xin zhao will be so hard, that you are able to destroy towers without a minion wave!
Xin Zhao can kill enemy heroes at turret!
You just should be careful if they are able to stun you.
Xin Zhaos "MAGIC MOVES" were hardly decreased within last paches, but he is a nice normal attack and damage champion.
I think with att speed he is one of the best 1v1 champs in the hole game.
If you are able to get an enemy champion, try it if you kill him and die it will be better then if nobody dies!!!
Pros / Cons
-if enemys are able to stun often, it will be real hard.
-champs with realy high armor will be hard to kill
-you will be a very nice pusher and "single-killer"
-heals a lot cause of his passive ability
-very high movementspeed, so you are able to cach nearly all enemy champs
How should i get enemy heroes ?
You always should try to jump to them with the "AUDACIOUS CHARGE" and then push them into air with "THREE TALON STRIKE". Just dmg them and if they try to run away, use "AUDACIOUS CHARGE" for slowing them.
Of course use the summoner spells to catch enemy champs.
Why so much att speed ?
You need the att speed in early-game, cause then you heal fast.
Later it is nice too, to power the passive ability of xin zhao. (heal every third hit)
If you ant to use "THREE TALON STRIKE" it can be essenciel, that you hit fast, or the enemy will run away.
also att speed is nice cause there are much heroes with dodge, and with this high att speed it isnt so bad if you miss sometimes.
u should buy this items cause of the high movement speed and the att speed.
but if u dont fight vs champs with much magic dmg u dont have to buy WIT´S END, then it will be better to get THE BLACK CLEAVER.
at end you should have:
Shadow Dancer x3 + Nashorn´s Tooth + Stark´s Fervor + Wit´s End / The Black Cleaver
