Nice build.
First off, why would you get three talon strike first??
Audacious charge gives you a slow, and is alot better for first blood.
Secondly, i would reccomend geting Madreds Bloodrazors.
They are an amazing item on Xin, but as KonFew said, its ALWAYS situational.

I thought of three talon strike for the disable and extra dmg. But maybe your right. Audacious charge might be better. I'll changet that.
