I cannot stress how BAD this build is, sorry there buddy. First of all the items are foolish. Malady is nice for the attack speed but you already have a built in health regen. with your passive so I think Last Whisper is a far superior choice. The armor pen will come in hand later and right now you have no way to get someone stacking armor. Also I think getting phage earlier will help for chasing ( my opinion). As for your skills, why you would max three talon strike before battle cry is beyond me. The passive attack speed alone will increase your damage output more than the bonus,, plus you get the cool down reduction. Heal is also a waster spell on Xin. With his passive, his high attack speed and with your life steal (waste) why would you need heal.

Anyways sorry to shatter your dreams but this build would only work on absolute novices and I would recommend come changes. PS. your ult does more damage the earlier you use it so you should use it after initiating the fight with charge to get maximum effect.
