hi this is my second build but i tried it out in TT and i owned :)
xin zhao is a late game carry who should go after attack speed and attack damage.

i choose this runes because we want to get the maximum dmg from start til end

masteres go for attack speed and damage and regeneraion

i choose 3 phantom dancers to fast get attack speed and it also gives crit chance and movement speed, thats just lovely. when u get the three phantom dancers u got ca. 450 movement speed, 92% crit chance and 2.100 attack speed and u crit 150, its not much but wait.

then i get infinity edge to get 100 % crit, damage and its passive. now u crit 450 in every hit.

then u get 2 blood thirsters to get hugh damage and lifesteal. after first Bloodthirster u crit 600 and after second u crit 800-1000

lets see u hit 2.5 times for 5 sec, u hit 800 crit, u got 50% lifesteal and 454 movement speed to catch up on enemy

u want to max AC first to get the slow.

then Battle Cry to get enormous attack speed when u got 3 Phantom dancers and battlecry rank 5 u hit 2.500 in attack speed when activated.

then TTS to get some more damage with your three strikes

of course take CS when u can

in fight the combo will be:
battle cry
audacious charge
crescent sweep
TTS

i choose exhaust bacause xin still got a little slow but if they got a heavy carry u can just exhaust him and use your combo on him and u will nearly not have got a scratch.

i choose ghost because u can alwaus use some extra speed to get to the enemy or to get away
