For Runes, I stack ALL Critical damage. Why? In this build, Xin's Critical Strike Ratio is very high. Therefore it will be more useful.

You don't necessarily have to go by what I did here. For me, It's as long as I get as much ad as possible, teleport and Exhaust along the way.

For items, I use this. It is quite efficient for me at least. With the combination of ad, life steal, and crit damage, it is very easy to kill anyone. The start items are very impotent if your first skill goes into 3 talon strike. Don't buy Doran's Blade, get the dagger. Its attack speed that you need, plus, you get more gold because you don't have to sell it later on.

Now, you guys probably looked at this build and said, "Why does this build have no Bloodthirsters?" Well the reason for that is I tend to die quite frequently. So instead of not having to reset the bloodthirster stats each time you die, you keep the permanent life steal. Plus you get armor, you get a free ward, and you get more attack speed.

This skill sequence is just my personal opinion. The only major thing I do here that is unexpected is I put a point into battle cry at level 7. I do this because when you are 1 on 1 with an enemy, and they run, you can use Audacious Charge after you already used it.

These summoner spells I use for good reasons. I use Exhaust because you can attack somebody and escape is nearly impossible. And I also use teleport because I can destroy a turret if minions are close enough to the turret. Other Summoner spells that are optional are Ghost, Ignite, Flash, and Smite if you are jungling.

Pros are:
Unstoppable if fed
Can solo baron
Kills turrets easily
Can tank turrets that are at full health late game.

Cons are:
You will be the main target
Somewhat squishy
