Onn the plus side, the flat life quints and life seals are also a good idea. But get rid of the crit runes. if you want crit, go ALL crit. but boots of mobility/manamune? no. almost never get either of those.

For boots, which is of course situational. you want Merc, or Tabi, Some even say swiftness for chasing but i personally think chasing is mostly too risky. You also was survivability. getting phage and upgrading to fmallet(late game) is also a good idea. but focus more on damage and only get 1, maybe 2 elixers. message me and ill help you further

Xin doesnt need mana runes at all, if you want to spam attacks, get catalyst, or blue buff. easy as that. Also, It's a good idea to have AS/dodge/CD reduct. with xin as well. Armor pen is obviously good, but it is always situational. Having life in Quints (flat life) is also a good idea. and have AP in marks. or AS in marks.
