Not a bad setup. I would get Warmog's earlier so that it has a chance to grow. If you get fed enough to get Warmog's quickly, you probably don't need it that much anyway because you'll be destroying so quickly. I'd also go bloodthirster instead of stark's fervor, because Xin isn't quite as useful in team fights. This way, you maximize your damage and lifesteal as an individual when you go for 1 v 1's, chases, or assassinations.
