Maxing E is better for ganking, i went for Q first, since it'll deal more damage as it scales off my AD. When i mostly play Xin Zhao, like i mentioned in this guide, is that i'm sacrificing my early game for mid and late game with a few minor ganks.

Although Attack speed quints are rather helpful, i use life steal quints so my early game while farming in the jungle will not be as horrifying, and i can B later on.

In the cheat sheet you wrote "heady" instead of "heavy" twice. I doubt Greater Quintessence of Life Steal and recommend you aiming for Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed or Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed. Did you ever ty out maxing E first because it's pretty common and often seen in the pro secene?
