dont like how u start the build with a dagger maybe u start with it because u want to stack the passive that gives u 35 health at level 1 my b uild its the same but i start the build with a dornas blade check it out it works better and for runes use attack speed and damage xin zhao needs lots of damage to own....

Xin-that´s good champions he have good spell mainly ultimate

and one more point....in my opinion it is very good to go on 0|21|9 in masteries....but it is an individual decision :D
