two things are lacking, Attack Damage and Lifesteal.. However, Ill test this build out, when my LoL decides to work, then Ill vote according to how well I do or find the build :)!

Hobo, no. I would just save 3150 in IP and get him that way. Is he a good champion? Yes, very good brust dps. He is all in though, as he has no escape mechanism. He is an all or nothing champion. He is great at locking down his targets. If you like this type of champion, Xin Zhao is your man.

Good guide and build. I definitely like offtank xin much more as he still does crazy damage and is able to eat alot of damage as well. +1 because this is how I play him and I am happy to see someone else who plays offtank rather than dps xin. :)

I would say no. Why? Because he is only 3150 ip. That is easily attainable if you do 5 ip farms a day and get your 1 win a day. With rp I only suggest buying champions who are 6300 ip as it takes along time to get that much. Just my opinion :) But Xin Zhao is definitely a good champion if that is what you were wondering.
