Okay Phantom Dancer. A lot of people ping me in game why i buy it. When either your behind or just need extra help in lane or just health or shield. Pd is the way to go. Yes statikk Shiv may be meta right now. But statikk doesnt have the shield that Phantom dance provides. Statikk may do way more damage. Its ur choice u dont have to follow this guide. But when it comes time to play yas against some of your worstnight mares. You will understand. Pd is jus good over all.
