A quick introduction
P.S
I'm new to BBcoding and this is my first attempt so tell me in the comments on how i should improve it. Also share in the comments about how you play Yasuo out there probably feeding *Yasuo Main *cough* anyways tell me because I am interested.
Steel Tempest Q
Yasuo thrusts his sword in a straight line dealing damage to enemies it passes through. Steel Tempest can critically strike and apply on-hit applies, it does 20 - 100 damage + 100% of your AD.
Wind Wall W
Yasuo creates a Wall of wind that blocks ALL PROJECTILES, except for turret shots the wall lasts for 3.75 s and the width increases from 300 to 500, it also drifts forward by 50 untis slowly.
Sweeping Blade E
Yasuo dashes through his enemies the dash distance is fixed, and the target that Yasuo last used to dash through will be marked and will be unable to be dashed through again until the mark has faded, with each cast of Sweeping Blade the base damage increases by 25% each time going all the way up to 50% and the effect lasts for 5 seconds.
Last Breath R
Yasuo blinks to a knock-up target dealing damage and keeping them airborne for 1.5 secs, if there are more than 1 enemies that are knocked-up yasuo will blink to the target closest to your cursor. For the next 15 seconds after your cast Last Breath Yasuo's Critical strike ignores 50% of his targets' bonus armor. The physical damage is from 200 to 400 + 150% bonuns AD.
Warlord's Bloodlust
vs
Thunderlord's Decree
A lot of people used to take
Thunderlord's Decree
for the burst, but now people take
Warlord's Bloodlust
for the sustain because there a lot of match-ups where people would prefer
Thunderlord's Decree
because you can take enemies out a lot faster but after experimenting with
Warlord's Bloodlust
i found out that
Warlord's Bloodlust
gives you more health back the more health you don't have so if your aganist mages like lux you can get to half health while she is still a quarter health after the trade. But if you have taken
Thunderlord's Decree
yes you can take away more health but you would still be stuck at the same health without the sustain you'll be vulnerable to a gank
This gives you the kill pressure you can bring it if your confident that you can snowball early and take the lead
Flash is a must have as Yasuo does have a lot of mobility by it mainly comes from enemy minions where you don't find a lot of in the jungle or in the river so flash is a must have, to either reposition or use it defensively.
Exhaust reduces their MS and AS by 30%, their armor and MR by 10, their damage dealt for 2.5 seconds. I would get this if the enemy laner has insane burst, it can help you kill them easier or make a quicker getaway.
Hey you can take tp in any lane you can force your laner into base then go back yourself then then tp back to lane to shove the wave into the turret so he/she will lose more cs to the tower and you get to do turret damage. You also do mind games, and tp plays.
Heals the caster and the target nearest to the cursor (prioritizes the most wounded allied champion if no allied champions are near the cursor) for 90 - 345 (based on level) health, also increasing both targets' movement speed by 30% for 1 second.
You get a lot of MS which increases with level and the bonus MS lasts for 10 seconds
For Yasuo i would suggest the build i gave the staple build. Is good for wave clear and allows you to delete squishys in 1 sec (results may vary).
Get this item to finish your build if there are no enemy AD threats you can rush this item if you need to, but i wouldn't recommend it.
Get rush this item when your laning aganist a ranged match up so you can do damage from afar you might need to charge it up to 100 stacks which is quite easy because you will be using your E to dodge skill shots and push the wave at the same time.
Get this if your laning aganist a melee match up the reduced damage you take its awesome because the reduced damage might make you live or die. The crit also helps a lot and you can pass through units as long as you can see the champ in 550 units of your vision.
It has a good active and the item synergyses well with your passive Warlord's Bloodlust its active deals magic damage and slows the target so you can actually kill your target with its active it also lets you deal 8% of their Max Health as bonus damage which is good for shredding tanks.
This is a really good item overall and it gives 20% crit chance and 70 AD, its passive allows your critical hits deal 250% damage instead of 200%.
I would get this if the AD carry is auto heavy and has a lot of crit, but if your aganist a jhin i would get this anyways to reduce the damage of crits or when i'm aganist kog to slow his attack speed.
Get this item if they have an AD threat basically a mid lane talon or zed and if the ADC has a lot of damage like an Ez you should get this, its passive Juggernaut gives you bonus damage on the first auto when you have 100 stacks of 'momentum'
Get this for the shield that absorbs 300 magic damage and the shield lasts for 5 seconds, it has a 90 second cooldown which isn't actually that long.
Offensive items
Get this item to finish your build if there are no enemy AD threats you can rush this item if you need to, but i wouldn't recommend it.

Defensive items
I would get this if the AD carry is auto heavy and has a lot of crit, but if your aganist a jhin i would get this anyways to reduce the damage of crits or when i'm aganist kog to slow his attack speed.

How to land your tornado effectively
First get 2 stacks of your Q Steel Tempest, then E Sweeping Blade on to at least 3 minions because sweeping blade's damage increase up to a total of 50%, if you use each cast of sweeping blade within 5 seconds so when you E onto your enemy you will deal 50% bonus damage + base damage + the AD your items give. Then when you E onto your enemy just E+Q and they will be knocked up for 1.5 seconds which gives you enough time to auto them once before you press your R last breaht
Wind wall and Q animation cancel (2 charges of Q)
When you have 2 stacks of your Q Steel Tempest, and you catch your opponent trying to land an important skill like lux's binding for example press W+Q quickly but remember to press W before you press Q, and your tornado animation will not be seen and it can catch your opponent of guard. The reason this works is because the starting animation of your W Wind Wall and your Q Steel Tempest (2 charges of Q) are the same so that will change if you win or lose a trade.
Ult + Auto + Ign combo
This one of the most basic combos, you can use this 2 ways. Just reuse the first trick i thought you but while your casting your Ult you can also cast Ignite during your Ult. OR use you ingite after you ult is over to do damage and secure the kill. But i would suggest using your ingite when your ult is going to be over, like a split second before your ult is over so that they can't flash away and cause you to be unable to use your ignite on them.
