Yorick's harrasment is excellent Just keep poking them with Ghouls!
When Omen of War is on you get extra Movement speed.
Omen of Pestilense slows enemies that you cast it on so its a great way to slow enemies when chasing or being chased!
Use Omen of Death on your best AD Champion ( Usually Carry ) in the beginning of Team fights to get the most of it!
With this build you will have really great damage and tankyness.
