That's why I made it! glad you like it. I am sure I should update it more but I hope it gives a basic outline of how to do it.

I'm using this with stalker's blade, and much cases with a frozen heart instead of the hydra, because i still cant afford CDR glyphes.
It is pretty op, it has better sustain on offense mastery then ww in early game, and after getting CDR cap you are nearly untouchable.
Should rush for TotG before getting a Brutalizer (which will built in the Warrior enchantment), because takes to much time to get the Muramana(if you using spells every 4 seconds, then it takes 10 minutes to get it from TotG buy, so actually it can take 20 minutes as well if you are ganking too much or you have counterjungler).
