The problem with Terrify/Drain-based builds like this is you level much slower then with a Darkwind based build.
Of course you can take down enemy Champions earlier, and its great fun, I just think you contribute more by going for more aoe early on. You can basicly protect a whole lane solo with more aoe, enemy minions just wont make it through. And if you get focused on by enemy champions, just run back a bit to the safety of your towers and wait for your next wave of minion.

I agree on the runebuild and mastery etc, and Terryfy+Drain is indeed fun a, but crowstorm alone just isnt anough to help you through them masses of minions (because of its long CD)

BTW, great name on the build!

Honestly isn't every build situational with any char in that game and even if your getting ganked if a decent player 6/10 times you can get away if you play smart because you dont get to high elo playing like a moron i am in complete agreement with milfhunt3r his builds great! I've played it with my fiddle i think 3 games now and its worked like a charm

I said it was situational, if there stacking a ton of magic restistance because of a bad team composition then pick it up, if not get rylais i stated that in my build, getting mejais that early is because your the one going to be doing the ganking with boots and mejais youll have the run speed advantage for your ultimate, you want to get a mejais to start building up your stacks early as possible, it makes up for the lack of ap in the build if you can actually play the champion correctly youll be fine, besides mejais is an item thats a gamble in the first place, if your doing bad then just sell it, this game isnt dota, you get more thaan 50% back for your items, will you try this build before you leave a comment. Sorry if i wrote it too sloppy to not get that the void staff was a situational item, i wrote the build pretty fast.

getting mejais that early in a build is only useful in very low elo matches with new players.
What happens if you get ganked alot? or can't get a kill or assist?

also why the 40% Magic Pen staff at the end?
with all your magic penetration that flat % will be useless.
Flat Pen applies first before % if you didn't know. Essentially your Flat pen will lower their resistance to 0 making your % useless
