Hello , this is my 2nd guide in mobafire.
Masteries , runes and all in this guide are made by me , i selected the items and i will explain why i selected those items.

Karma can be played , support karma , AP mid.

AP MID

Karma has a really nice AP ratios , i play her as AP mid is extremely fun , but i think is really hard to master.

Support

Karma can be played as support , plus of shield , is a really nice shield and have a really great passive.

Why?
We r playing AP karma , so we need deal tons of damage.
We are trying to play off because we have a very good passive allowing us to "fool" the enemy with the shield and cure.

Karma has a lot of HP, no problem placing masteries on defense, we need money, you should not have trouble making it to money, you earn too much money without any kill.

AP Mid.

We need a lot of damage, in addition to the passive, we will have much AP without items, thanks to the passive occupy runes to carry all my AP and I had no problems with them

Support

We need to support an AD carry, that's why we use runes of CDR, the shield is essential, we can do much damage with the shield, but remember to always keep a mantra if necessary.

You need to put a shield in an allie to deal nice damage , AOE damage. a

You need to start with W , then R+E very fast then Q , now your shield is coming up again , so use in allie if he is gonna die.

Pros: Very nice damage , you can harrass a lot with the shield

Cons : BLue buff dependant ( Mantra ) , need a lot of team work , very hard to master.

Support :

Why this items in support karma ?

As support karma , you need to place active in teamfights , disturbing the enemy plus of slow , and use your AOE damage properly.

AP Mid:

We r going to deal nice damage plus of shield and the slow thats why you need team work.
