Introduction

Twitch is a hard to play assassin ADC who focuses on Shredding people in Team-Fights

Runes

I get attack speed to make it easier to win trades with E as you'll always want to have 6 stacks of your passive onto them when expunging (if that's even a word)

Masteries

These Masteries focus on giving you sustain in lane while giving you a few early kills

Spells

Although Flash And Barrier are recommended you can get

Ghost
Summoner Heal
Ignite
Exhaust
or whatever you feel comfy with

Combos

What you wanna do as Twitch is kill important things and here are a few combos for that

Ambush->Get behind him/her->Venom Cask->Basic attacks->Expunge->More basic attacks if they're not dead

This is your main combo for killing a champion
but if you're trying to kill 2 or more this is your combo
Ambush->Get behind them->Venom Cask they're general area->Ult+Basic attacks->Expunge->Run away
cause if they're not dead by that time YOU'RE ****ED

Farming

If somebody tries to stop you from CSing (if that's a word) W+E them, make them go back, KEEP POKING Until you go in for the kill or make them go back to their base unless they have tp, if they do have tp just kill them, nothing special, just kill them.
