Aproximated, this build is good for/pros:
Shutting down fast enemy ADC.
Trolling enemy tanks.
Escaping easy withouth dying from ganks.
Go in teamfights and survive.
Dealing some 600-700 Crit almost every time ( 54% crit chances ).
As always isn't good for, and cons:
-Counter super feeded AP enemyes.
-Escpae from ganks, with 3 or more enemyes feeded by your team. ( to much arr*** )
-Its an expensive build, so you should farm and kill in hearly game.
TIPS: If your enemy is an AP, you can replace the tabi, with the mercury's ones.
