Try and atmas instead of randuins, it gives damage, armor, and a bit of crit, which is nice. Also trade the ghost blade for a last whisper, more damage late game.

i tell u why ...because this sword it has all the essence of Zed
attack damage, amor penetration, cooldown, and have an UNIQUE PASSIVE; THE BEETER FOR A MELEE FIGHTER!!! i think

k i know Zed has some ganking abilities but never jungle with him. hes a bad jungler

great guide loves it. I imagined the writer speaking in a spanish accent, then the working made perfect sense. I agree with Arguhl too. His math makes sense you should change your runes. Zed needs all the help he can get in the jungle.

Something no one seems to notice is that you take 9 AD Marks and 3 AS Quints. With a little math you'll notice that this is not efficient. 2 AS Marks equal 1 AS Quint, but 2 AD Marks provide less AD than 1 AD Quint. If you would take 3 AD Marks, 6 AS Marks and 3 AD Quints, you'll have more AD and the same amount of AS. I see no reason why someone wouldn't choose that option.

Zed clears jungle really fast, mostly because of his passive (You can attack each monster once in a rotation to speed up clearing, not always recommended on the bigger camps, but wraith and wolves).

His ganks are subpar without a hard cc from the lane, or you carrying exhaust. His pre-6 ganks don't do all that much, especially if you are maxing E first. His damage really relies on his double shurikens in the early game.

His late game job is to commit onto the enemy ADC and burst him down; other than that, like other AD casters, he doesn't do much. His melee range and lack of AS make him a rather weak melee carry who is very vulnerable to stuns. If you kill the ADC, then focus the APC, but you'll likely be dead from diving the ADC. Hey, your worth less in a teamfight than the enemy ADC, so consider it a success if you kill the ADC then die.

As far as flash vs. another summoner, I prefer to take flash. One, Living Shadow is required for a good burst, leaving you escape-less for at least 10 seconds. Two, Living Shadow can be unreliable for wall jumping: if you are a bit too far, shadow facechecks the wall. Three, flash is quicker and has a slightly longer range (I think).

You're kidding me right?

Zed is a burst champ. Infinity edge is more useful because of it's critical hit %s more than its actual attack. Add infinity edge with phantom dancer and you have a burst damage output that it undeniably beast. Zed is not a viable jungler at the moment, I jungler needs a decent slow, and zed's slow isn't powerful enough. Kha'zix unseen threat has a better slow and it's easier for him to gank from the bushes with his E. The W on Zed does not have a long enough range.
