Added Nuke and No CDR Ziggs to the Other Builds Section. Also moved things around the guide so relook at the Table of Contents and Change Log to see the changes.

Glad you guys like it so far. If you guys point me in the right direction for more coding for stuff like Masteries, Runes, Abilities, etc... or any other coding to make the guide easier to make better i would really appreciated.

I didn't want to waste too much time on it last night and had trouble finding more coding that i can use.

Probably used your Unreal Tournament knowlege for this, eh?

Hey you dont need for a squishy AP Rylais you can play Annie Le Blanc Veigar Lux without.
Maybe its sometimes better to buy ROA but I think you can help your Team in the same way when you got a good gameplay and just 1,5k HP
