Skarner viable?

They can be strong champions but at a certain skill level they stop working. Skarner is seriously unviable in competitive play, but you should be able to atleast reach diamond 1 with him if you're good enough. I think skarner is one of the worst champions at the moment though, Urgot is much better. If you play to win you're better off playing any other jungler.[/quote]
