Dr. Mundo 5.20 changes

And the E range + damage means I can hit towers for 400 damage in one shot. So my impression has been that his power is significantly higher than the other bruisers will retaining raidboss status. Also, he is the only Juggernaut with a ranged attack that HURTS. Can safely farm CS unlike all the other Juggies.[/quote]

It's very appreciated in higher level play because if it's timed well, it allows for an opponent to get chain cced with little counter play from that opponent, or his teammates. Regardless, if a garen actually gets in autoattack range of someone who really doesn't want to be silenced, the least that garen has earned is a 1.5 second silence[/quote]
