Shouldn't be a problem.
I still it tested as Ezreal, and it worked fine except for a bad leash at blue -.-
For your runes I recommend AS reds and Armor Pen quints.
As Yi, you might want to get Meditate at 4 for a bit of sustain. A while back, I had a vamp scepter start and NEVER went back until 2k+ gold, lol.

Trundle still works fine too.
They just made it so you need a bit more sustain in the jungle now.
TBH, you can run full AS runes in the jungle as Yi and survive.

Better take extra AD and have the same HP gain + more powerful early a.k.a ganks.
This nerf didn't even hit jungle IMO, I started to use Doran Blade and it works even better than Vamp. Scepter, just no Pots hurt a tiny bit at first jungle route.
Well, we are speaking about a 2% lifesteal nerf, which is not that much. Tested Jarvan, Lee and Olaf, all still function well (with J4 I had to make a small alteration in runes to make a jungle trip with vamp scep more safe)...
On some champions it makes you think more about which route to go, if you choose
a.) Vampiric Scepter
b.) Regrowth Pendant + pot
c.) Cloth Armor + 5 pots
d.) Boots + 3 pots
But all in all the difference is marginal. If you still want to go with vamp scepter at start you are more open to getting counterjungled but let's be honest. The new jungle is as failsafe as it can be and every game change that makes you think about choices and setups and possibilities is a right step to keep the game interesting.
