Its the one i'm building, but i've also noticed that the states are added incorrectly when you add items in the attach speed. Been using the site for a day, there sure are a lot of problems. Eg, it states the base attached speed (1.120), then you add an item that gives say 15% attach speed, and all of a sudden your attached speed is 15.120, so you became 1500% faster, eg prior to item you shot x amount of shots (x = 1) then after the item you now are 15(x)....there is a problem. It should work like this ((base attached speed/100 *(percent of 'item')) + base attached speed)

I have also noticed a problem with the health states, if you add Quintessence of Endurance you get nothing.

You are probably talking about the cheat sheet on top of the guide. Indeed they are incorrect at the moment, but we are well aware of the problem.
