I have enough points and I'm thinking of buying rumble, but I'm also in a dilemma whether to but Xin Zhao or Rumble. Can anyone tell me which is better overall ? Their pros and cons.

There is no "better" champion, it is what matches your play style.

What I would suggest is reading through some guides, they usually give a great insight into a champions.

Pros and cons will vary between different players.
