Olaf is still one of the best (if not THE best) anticarry ingame.
If you are looking for tanky dps, olaf is still a very strong pick.
Nocturne is not even comparable to olaf... They both jungle... that is it... the roles are way diferent tbh.

Olaf is still an awesome Tanky DPS like Dewo said. He is a fast jungler, but he doesn't really succded in ganking too well. Nocturne has this advantage over him due to noct's fear and ult. The thing olaf does have is the abillity to ignore all the CC that may get in the way of him ganking by using his ult. While nocturne only has spell shield.
