This item is my favorite in the game hands down! One shot with this helps me melt any character in the game no matter how high there HP is. I use this item with Veigar and Malzahar "EVERY" game. |

yes and no. it does unstealth, but it doesn't proc the slow that she now has. you'd have to auto-attack then hit it. Mastajdog, "You shall bow in the presence of the masta."
