Are they going to take out Madreds from dominion then? Cause if it's still there I don't see why anyone would buy this.

idk why u r saying this

this item looks way better than madreds for dominion

its cheaper and just fit in a short game cuz dominion will last on average 20 minutes so cheap item to counter high stacking HP champs gonna be really handy

and madred's passive won't help u at all since there is no jungle there

They should replace madred bloodrazor with this in summoners rift.
