New item to complement the new stat Tenacity. In terms of mechanics, will be nice to be able to utilize other boots, such as Boots of Swiftness or Boots of Mobility while gaining the same effects as Mercury's Treads. |

Correct. Tenacity does not stack with other sources of tenacity. I think this item needs to be buffed a little, I don't think I've ever seen it ingame. |

tenacity only stacks when there is a skill that provides tenacity and there is an item that has tenacity. Also, the final tier for the defensive mastery page gives tenacity |
