Can someone please explain "base Attack Damage"- do runes and masteries have an effect on that? |

This item is a bit underrated for AD carries. Usually Cleaver, BT, and Infinity Edge recipes are picked instead of this, but this does wonders mid-game. It's not so much about the mana gain that anyone should care about, it's the doubling effect which tops Brutalizer on AD casters like Kha'Zix. Still, if burst damage is the goal, then this is the embodiment of it, whether you're AD or AP. |
