Are the Championship skins legacy or limited?

I really want championship riven (don't we all) and I was wondering if its EVER possible to get it...I heard a rumor that it was going to be in a bundle at worlds but everywhere else i hear its limited and will never come back. I would trade my sould with teemo to get this skin

As Jack Rubino said, there are rumors that championship skins might be coming back into the store for short periods of time so people can purchase them now because they didn't get the opportunity to purchase it in the past. Championship Thresh did last year, but I'm not entirely sure if Championship Riven will be. We will have to wait and see.

Normally it shouldn't be available anymore after the period it was released, i heard some rumors too about championship riven coming back, never checked if they were true, and it would rise great disappointment in LOTS of people since it is one of the most rare skins and many people (i'd like to don't think it, but i do) did buy it ( i saw that the price for that skin was around 500€) from various sites. But yeah, if riot makes such a fanservice they will have a huge income boost.

Also i do not like that skin, if i could choose any of the limited skins i'd like to have Victorius J4 lol.
