Avoid getting one shot by Master Fizz

I play Ryze mid, this game I played against a master Fizz, I got one shot at lvl 6, and every time he had his ult up, he killed me. I want help, how do I avoid getting one shot against the new Fizz!? If he hits his R, I have no chance!

As playing you need to know the combos to get your shield up on him so you can take more damage. Also the mastery will help you get away once you finish his combo and do damage. If you solely want to get away, E them and then W them, because it increases the duration of the snare. So if he all in engages, E and W him and run away. Or E, W, Q, E, Q him to get damage off. Just knowing his combos and when to engage on then you should be fine. Also can lane bully a lot if you know how to poke and farm while maintaining mana. Just knowing the champ a little more will help you

I mean, it is always simple to just zhonyas when he ults you.

But now, make sure that when he gets his q, you run away before he hits his w. you will get instakilled if he does hit his w, due to the new update. His E is still broken, but you don't need to watch out for it as much. Just don't get Seastone Tridented or your kinda dead.
