Can LoL Be Played Without a Mouse??? Please Help Kid with Broken Arms....

My Grandson, Kyle, broke both arms when he fell 42 feet from a chairlift at Crystal Mountain - he will have casts on for 6 weeks and is broken-hearted cuz his doctors said he cannot use a mouse. How can he play League of Legends, his favorite game???

Is there ANY software or work-around available so he can play LoL using the keyboard?

Please help.....he will be coming home from the hospital this week and I'd like to help make his recovery a bit more joyous!

Theoretically there is a way to play League without a mouse. I remember a guy who lost both of his hands in a war making Diamond Elo, who used his mouth to control a touchpad.

However, that requires years of practice and also costs quite some money to get the right equipment. There sadly isn't any software that can work around using a mouse.

I did try it once for my own amusement. What I did was change the left click to Q and the right click to E. And controlled the screen using W, A, S, D instead of arrow keys. Then I changed the skill (originally Q, W, E, R) to 1,2,3,4. The trinket (originally 4) will go to ` button. Items go to Z, X, C, V, B.

I suppose you could play champions who have little to none targeting.
