    Does your rank reset right now at the end of the season or just in two months when the next season starts?

    Any rewards for this season are given to you today, but you can still play ranked to boost your mmr for the reset, which is sometime in january.

    This is correct. Season 9 starts on January 23 (Source) so the ranked reset will be on that date.
