Is better zephyr or phantom dancer for this champ?crit or cooldown?many guides say crits...but i want more opinions...thanks

If you have to build attack speed on gangplank i would recommend Statikk shiv. It's cheaper than PD and adds a lot more to your parrleys. Now, i would never recommend crit gangplank over a tanky gangplank, except if you are in low levels.

I would build gangplank with triforce or gauntlets, and items like warmogs, frozen heart and shurelias, giving you a nice balance of damage, tankiness and utility.

The best AS item for GP is Shiv, but AS isn't -that- great for GP. You build Shiv because it builds out of a gp10 you want to buy and helps your waveclear, but that's it.
