League of Legends (LoL) Question: I'm new and looking for an assassin...

I'm new and looking for an assassin...

Hey guys my name is Kadius and I have been playing DOTA for ages and ages and even smite for a bit but I decided to try LoL (not one of those DOTA guys that hates League by any means) and I'm really enjoying it and have gotten my account to level 12/13 (so I have all the spells) and have been maining Shaco jungle but I have heard Jungling is a lot harder without runes and a full mastery page and this explains why I die to a jungle creep every game and run out of HP potions. I main assassin's in almost every MOBA I play and was wondering what a really awesome burst assassin is to play in lane. I have been eyeballing Talon and LeBlanc but is there anyone else that's really neat at killing someone and then gtfo. I dont give a f*** about how squishy they are or hard as I'm new to LoL but not MOBAs. The only thing I ask is to not reccomend me to people in the 6300 range as that's a lot of IP and takes ages and ages to save up for. Thanks heaps guys :) Looking forward to playng this game more :)
Things I like in an assassin as an optional little pointer however an awesome assassin that breaks these is still great:
      Stealth
      Bleed
      Slow
      A good engage ability/escape
      Insane burst
Mid lane is preferred (dont really like top lane as an assassin as bruisers are too tank)

From that list you provided of things you like to see in an assassin, the top three for you might be Talon, Zed, or Fizz. Talon has almost everything on that list, but he lacks an escape. Fizz also has everything, but lacks stealth (he does have a "dodge" ability where he becomes untargetable, but you are still seen). Zed lacks the bleed and stealth, but has the greatest potential for an outplay out of the three.

However, since you said price is a concern, Talon may be best, because he is the cheapest out of the three (although, I think Fizz recently dropped in price).

Zed is considered a 'safe' assassin with his ability to get in, deal damage and get out without much trouble.

Talon is more a matter of getting in, dealing huge damage, killing a key target(s) and letting your team clean up.

Fizz tries to kill a single guy then bounce away, waiting for a new rotation of abilities to kill another guy, etc etc.

I tried zed in the rotation and got some sweet games. That w really Is amazing. But he relies to much on his ultimate for a full burst :/

Personally I love Zed, the outplays and damage is insane. He is difficult to learn at first but my god once you get the hang of him the potential is limitless

It really just depends if you want someone who all ins majorly( Talon), Someone who bursts one guy down and escapes easy( Zed) or someone who can burst someone down but may have to burn their escape to kill them( Fizz)

I recommend Katarina, she's easy and fun to play and pretty cheap compared to the higher-tier assassins. I would advise to practice the assassins that take more skill though, Zed for instance. It may seem that his kit is simple but there are far more complex things about him.
