League of Legends (LoL) Question: My custom avatar will not loadand my Stream doesn't show on my guides

Hello,

I have read both posts about how to properly do both of these tasks and followed both processes thoroughly, even double and triple checked them. My Stream still does not show on my guides and my avatar still doesn't update to the custom one. Anyone able to help?
