    Presently, how viable is Hecarim?

    I want to buy Hecarim because his playstyle is something that really interests me. However, I'm curious if he actually is worth buying at the moment. I recall a time not too long ago when a Hecarim in the jungle was a force to be reckoned with. I don't really know why his play percentage fell off since then though.

    I'd say he's a bit weak at the moment, but a lot of things are about to change in preseason so who knows which champions will be strong a couple weeks from now. If you're interested in the champion I wouldn't refrain from buying him just because of his current strength. If you just want to win and are looking for an easy way to do that, I'd look elsewhere though.
