    I find it kind of hard to proc relic shield on thresh, but not for champions like blitzcrank, taric, or braum. Am I the only one experiencing this or is this supposed to happen?

Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 15 health and grants them kill gold. These effects require an allied champion within 1050 units of the user and consume a charge. Recharges every 40 seconds. Max 2 charges.


    The reason is that Tresh and Rakan and more counts as Ranged champions so they don't have the execute ability.
