Statikk Shiv and Draven Q & A

Ok, this is a legit question as I cannot find any confirmation on it.
Statikk Shiv:
"At 100 charges, your next attack expends the charges to deal 100 magic damage to up to 4 targets. This damage can critically strike."
Wicked Blades:
"Draven's critical strikes deal 30 + (4 × level) bonus physical damage over 4 seconds."
Does the lightning proc Wicked Blades on multiple targets? Or does it just not, because it's magic damage? I'm curious as I'm weighing the pros and cons of this and 
Phantom Dancer on him. If it does proc his passive, it definitely beats out Phantom Dancer

Pretty sure it will not, since Statikk Shiv's lightning does not proc on-hit effects.

I believe it can because the lightning can crit which would be a critical strike, but what Psi says might be true

edit: actually on second thought because it says "Draven's critical strikes" I don't believe it would apply because the crit would be considered from the active of Statik Shiv
