League of Legends (LoL) Question: Talon’s Ult

The blades converge, onto his first location where he is visible to his enemies, so attacking them with any basic attack or ability should do the trick.

When Talon press his ultimate Shadow Assault, the blades will converge into a circle around his location like you said. However, if Talon uses his Noxian Diplomacy, it'll force the blades to go onto the enemy target. Down below is a more accurate representation of such thing.
