If the champion you're using is very auto-attack reliant (e.g Ashe), purchase Blood Thirster.
If the champion you're using inflicts most of their damage through physical damage abilities (e.g Wukong), purchase Death's Dance.
The reasoning behind this is because lifesteal gives you life back based on the percentage of damage you dealt through auto-attacks. This doesn't apply to most abilities. However, the passive on Death's Dance grants you health back based on 15% of the damage you dealt through physical damage. This includes abilities.

I prefer Death Dance because reduces damage
