League of Legends (LoL) Question: What if ADC champion on top?

Vayne and Yasuo are ADC champions that can also play as top laners.

The only ADC I tried in Top was Tristana and that worked well, even with ganks, but that's due to her escape tool. If you want to toy around with that kind of idea, Ezreal, Lucian, and Caitlyn are decent picks since they have escapes.

However, I think Artillery mages are better picks if Jungle or Support have the tank thing covered. I tried Ziggs and you win lane easily with this pick, even with a enemy Jungle camp. Lux and Xerath are other good picks, but the high AOE that comes with Ziggs makes it easy to pick up kills. Went 20-0 on my first game trying this method. Get extremely fed early between the kills, easy csing, and a bunch of tower plates, and Triples or Quadras roll in easily by late game.

I play alot of top and can say it seems a dumb idea unless your premades with your jungler so your guarenteed a babysitter.
Otherwise if the opponent doesnt int and plays safe your screwed.
Most adc's lack an actual escape tool besides their flash, and alot of them also dont have any form of cc.
So if I catch you under my tower (where you'll be at early since you generally have the early game as an adc top) all I have to do is call my jungler and your basicly dead.
OR I just play back, soak exp and get some gold from minions and run you over when I hit six.
No adc survives getting hit by an Sion ult/rotation, Urgot whoops your butt if he lands an E, Cho just Q,E,R you, Ive beaten vaynes/Quinns/Teemo's with Poppy.. It just seems like once you get over the early hump and frustration when someone picks an adc top (I am looking at you Quinn players!!) you can actually start playing the game and take over the lane.

And why even do this in the first place? All you do is be a burden to the team. Cause you already have an adc player, hes in your botlane.
Toplane should be reserved for frontline champions like bruisers and tanks (unless your support and jungler are furfilling those roles), so that your team is rouded out nicely for teamfights.
Ever played games were your forced to frontline as an backline champ? Not fun. And its an team game, in which your expected to furfill a sertain role in the team, not furfulling that role is kinda griefing imo.

For the record though, this is the experience of an low elo player. I'm not entirely sure if your experience will be the same.. And I have to say adc top is one of my bigger annoyances because I just dont get to play the game early, so it may actually be an good pick and the only reason why I won was because of low elo opponents.

I dont have an clip of it but I also remember Imaqtpie saying adc top players are a free kill when their jungler doesnt babysit.
