    What the ball sacks is the circle???

    What the ball sacks if the circle that appears around twitch every time he aa's an enemy champion. I don't really see it doing anything but that's just me. What the ball sacks does it do?

    That's the range of Contaminate. It's so that you know when to time it and don't waste it on minions when your target is out of range.
