League of Legends (LoL) Question: Why isn't Annie used in LCS games? Too good or too weak?

Is she too immobile, weak for that? Or is it because she is too easy mechanically(well Tibbers placing is still there)?
She was only used twice in LCS, both times as support, both times with defeat.
Annie bot, Jared sucks supporting, I don't think Annie is for that, with no health/speedness giving, and no tankiness. She only has the stun, and Tibbers to block shots maybe. As supp she doesn't have burst damage I guess.
Why don't they play her mid? Too easy to win with her one shot(but her autos are nothing so its fair i think) and mechanic? Or too weak: squishy/ immobile/ short ranged?
I hope its the second possibility cuz I like the challenges. But its too much attention needed for me to play in fights with someone like Ezreal, full of skillshots. Trying to dodge and other outsmarts are enough, since i play for fun,not to kill my nerves.
