Umm we don't have this spell anymore Temptation to actually start writing up some builds again
Gonna start with Renekton probably Buys LeBlanc finally as he works his way down his lists of champions. Starts carrying ranked and normals. Gets called a lamer for copying Reginald. Finds out Reginald has been playing LeBLanc. Fml. |

it was removed because a team of 5 could all take promote and at lvl 6 dominate the middle lane if they all promoted at once.

because flash and cleanse are better than promote, they can be blocked, cleanse only lasts for 2 seconds, you can counter flash with, flash ZekariaVanwood:
