The S and A tabs are spot on. Though Kalista could probably be moved down to B. B tier are good champions, but you're right to place them B because they have to be played properly with few mistakes and some are very reliant on teammates.

I say Tristana is S tier and Lucian is B tier. I also say Xayah is A tier and so is Miss Fortune. Also Sivir A Ashe B and Kalista S. I base this off pro play solo queue win rates etc....
