0God Tier
Ideally Pick or Ban these as long as you're aware of how to play the champ. Don't play something in ranked just because its strong if you have no experience on the champion. I mean, you can, but you'll probably not perform well.
A Tier
These are strong picks that maybe only have a couple of small reasons for not being in the God Tier list. Again, that is only assuming you know how to play the champion. Depending on the champ, some of these gods are actually strong picks into some of the God Tier picks, depending on skill with the Champions.
B Tier
These are solid champs that, while they may not be the best picks overall, they are consistently good performers. Typically these are your strong early but weak late junglers, or your weak early, but strong late junglers. They're here because they fall off pretty fast or they ramp up a little too slow.
C Tier
Average level picks. Not strong, not weak. Just middle ground junglers at the moment. As usual though, player skill and champion knowledge might move these guys up a tier.
Bottom tier
These junglers just aren't in a very good place for solo queue at the moment. I'd avoid picking them in most situations. Basically all of these champs do things that other junglers do better and more consistently.
